- Get paidPayment goes out by your preferred method — check, eCheck or PayPal — or as repair credit or trade-in value.

Do you offer trade-in value or just cash?
Sterling Mobile can offer you cash, repair credit, or trade-in value toward the purchase of replacement products. Tell us which you prefer when you send your list.
Do you buy broken equipment?
Yes. We buy surplus or obsolete equipment, including non-functioning items. Our repair team can often restore broken units, so they carry a fair value even when they do not power on.
How long does the equipment selling process take?
Once you contact us, we evaluate your hardware and provide a value assessment within 48 hours. Payment follows the assessment of the units once they arrive at the Phoenix depot.
Where can I sell my Zebra scanner or Zebra phone?

Do you buy used Zebra printers that no longer print?
Yes. A Zebra printer with a worn printhead, a failed platen or a dead logic board is still worth an offer because our Phoenix depot refurbishes printers in-house. The offer is lower than for a working unit, but it is usually more than e-waste value, and you avoid the disposal cost.
How much do used Zebra printers sell for?
It depends on the model, printhead wear, options and quantity. Recent industrial units such as the ZT411 and ZT421 command the most, followed by the ZT410/ZT420 and ZM400 generation; desktop GK/GX units and legacy 105SL models bring less but are still bought in quantity. Send the model list and we will put a real number on it rather than a range.
What can I do with old scanners I can’t sell?
If Sterling is unable to buy your equipment, or it is not worth shipping, most scanners can be recycled as e-waste. Rules differ by city and state, so search for an e-waste recycler near you; many accept barcode hardware at no charge.
